What is Health Quest?

HealthQuest is a digital adventure that helps children build healthy habits through interactive videos, games, and activities. Inspired by research in child wellness and behavior, this program makes learning about health exciting, age-appropriate, and easy to enjoy.

Health Quest starts with a comprehensive barriers assessment to identify the specific challenges each child faces. Based on this assessment, we generate personalized SMART goals. Users can select 1-2 goals per quest, which guide them through structured, interactive challenges designed to improve their health.
